Andy joined Rockley’s Outdoor Instructor Traineeship having already worked as an instructor for the past two years in the Isle of Man. He is drawn to the industry for its global opportunities and is keen to gain further experience and qualifications which will enable him to work abroad:
“The course allows me to travel the world, and the more experience I get here, the more likely my prospects of working in places like Australia.”
Andy is loving all aspects of the course and has established strong rapport with his fellow candidates and his Instructors: “Everyone is really professional and patient with our development. They really want us to succeed.”
