Understanding the Booking Process

Take a look below. Hopefully, it will help make sense of the trip booking process for parents.

- School makes a provisional booking
- School invites pupils
- Parents and pupils accept invitation and usually pay a deposit
- School acknowledges place on trip and asks for deposit if not already paid
- School confirms number of pupils on trip and pays Rockley
- School collects further payments as per their own payment schedule
- School pays Rockley by way of 2 or occasionally 3 further stage payments
- School request various medical, dietary and safety information from parents and let's you know what is required in the way of passports and GHIC cards etc
- Parents will receive a kit list well in advance of the trip. Don't worry. Rockley trips don't need any specialist equipment or loads of new clothes
- Pack their bags and get them to school
