Learn to Sail
Learning to sail can be the start of something new and exciting. Our beginner RYA Stage 1 & 2 (for 6-16 years) and RYA Level 1 & 2 (17+ years) sailing modules will take you through all the necessary training to enable you to be confident out on the water!
For the youth beginners who want to achieve their RYA Stages 1 & 2, then you can book our 5-day course with the option to add full-board accommodation through the Youth Residential Package.
COURSE DETAILS
RYA STAGE 1 / RYA LEVEL 1
The perfect introduction to sailing. You'll be taught launching and recovery, steering parts of the boat and basic sailing. No previous knowledge is required.
RYA STAGE 2 / RYA LEVEL 2
You'll learn about rigging, launching, sailing in all directions, rope work, capsize and recovery and essential safety knowledge. You should be able to sail and make decisions in good weather.

You will receive a kit list prior to attending the course detailing what we recommend you bring.
