We are more than happy to visit you or chat to you via video or phone call about what you are looking for and to discuss in detail your requirements. We try our best to offer a flexible programme that meets the specific needs of your group. Following this, you will receive a more detailed quote.

If you haven't already done so, please ensure you get the necessary approval from your SLT to go ahead with your booking.

One of the Rockley team can present a short launch assembly via video call or in person. This will get your pupils excited about the trip! During the presentation we will explain what the trip is all about ensuring both pupils and teachers are fully informed.

We ask for a small deposit from each pupil to secure the trip. We are then happy to discuss a staggered payment plan. Remember, the earlier you book, the longer the period to spread payments meaning more of your pupils can enjoy this amazing experience.

A virtual or in-person parent's evening can be arranged which will hopefully answer any questions or concerns that either Group Leaders or parents may have.

Now that all the planning and preparation has now been done, all that's left, is for your students to have the best most memorable adventure of their school life!
