RYA Powerboat Level 2 is an essential for anyone looking to develop confidence and competence in handling a Powerboat. It covers key skills such as, boat handling at speed, securing to a buoy, leaving and coming aside and safety procedures.

What will I need?
You will receive a kit list prior to attending detailing what we recommend you bring. Do you need to do the RYA Powerboat Level 1 first?
You do not require an RYA Powerboat Level 1 certificate before attending the RYA Powerboat Level 2 course.
How long does the RYA Powerboat Level 2 last?
The course itself is 2 days long. Once passed, your certificate does not expire, although it's highly recommended to take a refresher if you haven’t been on the water for a long time.
