As Valerie celebrates 20 years with Rockley, she shares what makes this place so special to her.
1. TEACHING
Being involved with a company that teaches a new skill/hobby to guests new and old, is very heart-warming.
2. FAMILY RUN
Working for a family-run company that has been going for 50 years is so much better than a large corporate company where you are just a number. I feel valued as a member of staff, and the flexibility it provides is a real bonus.
3. FRIENDSHIPS
Having worked for Rockley over 20 years, I've formed some everlasting friendships with some truly amazing people.
4. FUN TIMES!
The opportunity over the years to get involved with; trips to France, camping, sailing, skiing holidays, boat shows, bowling and many many fun nights out.
5. THAT FEELING
Keeps me feeling young!!!
