Rockley Watersports is delighted to announce the appointment of Jack Clark as its new Commercial Director. Marking his 15-year anniversary with the company, Jack steps into this senior role after holding a variety of positions throughout his career at Rockley, most recently serving as Head of Sales and Marketing. His passion, drive, and long-standing commitment make this an exciting chapter for both Jack and Rockley as the company approaches its 50th anniversary in 2026.
Reflecting on the milestone, Jack shared:
“Reaching Rockley’s 50th year honestly fills me with a warm sense of pride. This place has never just been a company - it’s been a family and a real shared adventure. Watching Rockley and the people within grow together from my early days in 2010, through the pandemic and back into the thriving, amazing organisation it is today makes me genuinely proud. As I have grown with Rockley, so has my own family and that means the world to me.”
Jack’s Journey to Commercial Director
Jack has always envisioned a career in the outdoor industry. After completing his BSc (Hons) in Outdoor Adventure Leadership and Management at Worcester University in 2010, he joined Rockley shortly afterwards - beginning a journey that has seen him rise through the organisation.

Jack’s Contributions Beyond Rockley
Balancing a busy family life with four young daughters aged 4 to 11, Jack remains deeply committed to contributing to the wider community and the outdoor learning sector.

- From July 2026: Board Secretary and Trustee, Council for Learning Outside the Classroom
Jack’s dedication, both professionally and personally, continues to reflect the spirit and values of Rockley, and the company looks forward to the energy and leadership he will bring to this new role.
