You’ve literally just completed your first ever triathlon (half ironman). What’s your next big challenge?

I have entered the ballot for the London Marathon so fingers crossed but I am thinking about the Bournemouth Marathon which is in October. I think I will give my legs a rest this week though!

Perfect summer evening?

This would definitely be outside camping somewhere with a BBQ, a drink and a pack of cards and some music.

What makes you smile?

A good cup of tea!

Which song would definitely get you up on the dance floor?

It would have to something that I could belt out at the top of my lungs. Mr Brightside by the Killers would get me on the dance floor.

Biggest indulgence?

I don’t tend to splash out too much but I do dine out very often! Probably about four times a week! Sometimes I order two meals just for myself!

Sea or mountains?

This is a very hard question. I have spent a lot of time in the mountains and by the sea. I think I would go mountains, there is nothing better than waking up with fresh snow and blue skies, grabbing a snowboard and hitting the slopes. I love the mountains!

3 people you would invite round to dinner?

Bear Grylls – I’d like to hear his survival stories
James Bay – so he can sing to me
Heston Blumenthal – to cook the dinner! I’m not a very good cook
