Job Role Summary
Rockley is thrilled to present a unique training opportunity for individuals to become qualified in a range of outdoor instructor activities for FREE. On completion of the course, you will then undertake a 8-week period of paid work during the 2026 season (subject to qualifications achieved), with the option of extending this.
While you do not necessarily need any previous experience or formal outdoor qualifications, you will ideally have a genuine passion for the outdoors. You will receive comprehensive outdoor instructor training by industry leaders, which will equip you with the skills needed to excel as an outdoor instructor in a variety of exciting and exhilarating water and land based activities.
The full Outdoor Traineeship is offered as an 8-week. A shorter 4-week programme is also offered but will exclude all water-based qualifications.
