Rockley Buddens – Lead Instructor (Seasonal)
Job Role Summary
The role of the Lead Instructor (Seasonal) is to support the Chief Instructors in overseeing all aspects of the delivery of activity across the centre. You will be responsible for high-quality delivery activities on centre, providing an example of what a great instructor is. You will enable our clients to have a successful and enjoyable trip, maintaining client expectations and quality activities in line with activity procedures and standards (APS)
Based in the beautiful Purbeck region of Dorset, this centre boasts 96 acres of countryside, woodland and even its own lake. This provides an incredible environment for us to offer a variety of activities and camping options, a wide range of programmes catering for all kinds of groups, there is most certainly something for everyone.
As a Lead Instructor, you will lead in providing our clients with a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality residential experience. The Lead Instructors may be required to deputise in the absence of the Chief Instructors. You will also support the Chief Instructors in providing adequate training for all staff and making sure that all equipment on site is at an appropriate standard.

Working Pattern: This is a fixed term annualised hours role based on 32hours a week average.
A normal working week would be 5 days over 7 – this role will include weekend and evening work, however, there may be occasions for additional work based on the centre requirements.
