Guest Experience Assistant
Job Role Summary
Rockley is currently seeking driven, enthusiastic, and highly professional individuals to join our dynamic support team as Guest Experience Assistants at our Buddens Activity Centre.
As a Guest Experience Assistant, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team responsible for the seamless operation of the centre. Your role in the support team will encompass: maintaining our facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall experience for our diverse clientele. You will also work closely with our activity team to ensure the successful operation of activity sessions.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Collaborate with the centre team to oversee the day-to-day operation of the centre
- Provide attentive care to our young customers when required
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of daily activity sessions
- Maintain the cleanliness of tented accommodations, toilet and shower facilities, and perform various domestic tasks
- Contribute to general site maintenance and upkeep
- Provide support in the kitchen as required
- Oversee the running of the tuck shop
- Reception cover as and when required
- Work as an integral part of the Guest Services Team to provide excellent customer service
Desired Experience, Qualifications & Abilities
- Full UK Driving License
- Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
- Experience working with children
- Previous experience in a catering environment

- Competitive salary based on 37-40 hours per week, paid on a 4-weekly basis
