Canteen Front of House Staff
Job Role Summary
As Front of House in our canteen, you will work with the catering team to provide high quality food to all our clients.
We are thrilled to offer a great opportunity for an outgoing individual to excel in the role of Canteen Front of House. In this role, you will collaborate with our dedicated catering team to provide healthy meals for up to 380 guests weekly - all while assisting the kitchen team in maintaining a spotless and secure working environment.
The catering team are at the heart of the centre - ensuring a high standard of food preparation and providing nutritious food for our clients.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the canteen at all times
- The regular cleaning and sanitising of tables and chairs
- The replenishing of buffet items
- The preparation of sandwich bags for packed lunches
- Liaising with visiting school leaders
- The preparation of cold drinks for each service
- A knowledge of current health and safety to include allergens
- The serving of hot and cold food buffet
- Assisting in basic food preparation as and when required
- Working alongside the Head Chef to liaise with Group Leaders regarding dietary requirements
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
- Excellent customer service skills

- Eagerness to acquire new skills and thrive as part of a team
DESIRABLE
- Full UK Driver's License
- Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
- Previous experience in a catering environment
