Campsite Cleaner
Job Role Summary
We are seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across our campsite. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and professionalism are highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Role Summary

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness on a daily basis across our facilities including washrooms, communal spaces, and other facilities
- Handle waste disposal responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to create a safe environment for colleagues and visitors
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with clients professionally
- Valid driving licence is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to priorities tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
