Poole Park Lake Open Day - 6th April

EQUIPMENT HIRE

Enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Poole Park Lake - there is something for everyone to enjoy on the water for all the family!

We offer the following equipment for hire, prices are per boat/board:-

• Pedalos - £13 or £15 for 30 mins
• Kayaks - £15 for 30 mins / £21 for 55 mins
  
• Canoes - £15 for 30 mins / £21 for 55 mins
• Stand up Paddleboards - £15 for 30 mins / £21 for 55 mins
• Dinghies - £26 for 55 mins (Minimum RYA Stage / Level 2 required)

Open at weekend only during term time. Open every day during the school holidays.

HOLIDAY CAMPS

Offered daily throughout the school holidays from Easter, young people can enjoy a range of fun and enjoyable activities each day. Available for juniors (6-9 years) and youths (10-16 years), learn something new or progress their skills further whilst gaining confidence on the water.

Action-packed and challenging with a variety of activities to keep young people fully entertained, it's the perfect dose of excitement needed!

• Days run from 10:00 - 16:00
• Early drop off (09:00) and late pick up (17:00) also available. Charges apply.
• Activities will start at 10:00 and finish at 16:00
• Changing facilities available

WEEKEND CLUBS

Youngsters aged from 10-16 years can enjoy a range of clubs at our Poole Park Lake centre. These clubs run every Saturday from 15th April - 29th October.

CLUBS AVAILABLE:

MULTI-ACTIVITY CLUB

• Saturdays 1000-1200 (10-16 years old)
• Our exciting multi-activity programme aims to give children a taster into the world of watersports, continually progressing their skills in a variety of sports

NIPPERS CLUB

• Saturdays 1000-1200 (6-9 years old)
• A really fun way to introduce youngsters to watersports. Learning through play rather than structured teaching. No experience required
  

SAILING CLUB

• Saturdays 1300-1500 (8-16 years old)
• Not sure what to do now with your new or current qualification? Come and join our weekly sailing club - enhance your sailing skills and learn more advanced techniques

RYA COURSES

Throughout the school holidays, we offer RYA beginner sailing courses (Stages 1 and 2) for youngsters aged 6 to 8 years old. With its shallow, warm waters, Poole Park Lake is the perfect location to introduce younger people to sailing. Large enough to excite young people but enclosed enough to create a safe environment which benefits both children and parents alike!
